The drinker operates using a nipple valve system. The animal presses the nipple — the water supply valve — with its snout, allowing water to flow directly into the bowl. When the animal stops pressing the valve, the water supply stops.
The integrated bowl helps retain water inside the drinker and reduce unnecessary splashing. This gives the animal convenient access to water while helping keep the drinking area drier and cleaner.
The drinker is suitable for newborn piglets, small piglets, and animals in the early growing stage, and can also be used for other small domestic animals when installed correctly.
