Pellet Machine MKL-229 PTO

The MKL-229 PTO pellet machine is a household-use product, designed for processing sawdust, straw, corn stalks, reeds, etc. into small pellets of approximately 6-8 mm in length, with PTO action that can be directly powered by a tractor.

This product is made of high-quality hardened steel, ensuring a long service life.

The MKL-229 PTO pellet machine must be installed on a flat, stable, and smooth surface, in an open or well-ventilated, dry area, and should be protected from weather conditions such as storms, rain, etc.

This product comes equipped with: feed hopper, pellet machine body mechanism, PTO shaft, pressure roller, die, gearbox body, and pellet discharge chute.
 

Pay close attention to the tightening elements (screws, washers, nuts) of the machine and regularly check that they are not loosening. As for the engine, be very careful with its positioning — if it is not perfectly aligned, the pellet machine will cause strong vibrations during use, which can lead to damage both to the machine and the user.
 

The MKL-229 PTO pellet machine has a working capacity of 150 kg/h. For this equipment, a minimum 15 HP tractor is required.

This equipment comes with 1 die with 6 mm holes.

For efficient operation and minimal loss, it is recommended that the sawdust be previously ground, homogenously mixed according to the desired recipe, with optimal moisture content in the raw material and without foreign bodies.
